In Progress
Overview: It’s time to make your goals real
So far, we’ve focused on finding goals that will help you improve your life.
In the previous module, you discovered the 5 keys to effective goal setting, which you’ll apply as we move forward with defining your own goals. And you took a trip into the future to begin identifying what areas of your life you’d like to focus on the most.
Now, it’s time for you to make your goals real.
In this module, you will:
- Pick the top 1 – 3 goals you want to focus on now.
- Get clear on your WHY behind each of the goals you picked.
- Identify the cost of each goal, so that you know what you need to put in and what you need to give up to achieve that goal.
- Break long-term goals into short-term ones so that you can make real progress towards your goal in 90 days or less.
